Hi! I’m a 34-year-old Caltech alum looking to sublet a bedroom in my 1,700 sqft, three-story townhouse. It’s a welcoming and shared space with one other tenant—a current caltech PhD student.

First Floor:

Second Floor:
This is where your room is located. It’s fully furnished with a bed, dresser, TV, closet, and ceiling fan. Your room shares a bathroom with the other tenant (whose bedroom is also on the second floor). There’s also a laundry room and an additional living room on this floor.

Third Floor:
