Looking for a responsible, drama-free roommate to apply with me for a one-year lease at Palazzo West:

It’s directly across from The Grove and Original Farmers Market, with some of LA’s best shopping, restaurants, cafés, and everyday essentials right outside the building. The location is genuinely incredible.

The apartment is a spacious 1,150-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with two walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, central AC, a full kitchen, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Total monthly rent is currently listed at $4,897, or approximately $2,449 per person if split evenly.

Parking is available separately for ~$50–$130 per month, depending on the type of space needed, including EV options.

The security deposit is one month’s rent, and the application fee is approximately $65 per person.

A little about me: I’m a professional in my mid-30s relocating to LA for work. I work a lot and am looking for a peaceful, clean, and respectful home environment. I love cooking and hanging out when schedules align, but I also value personal space and downtime. I have a small, very clean and house-trained Maltipoo who is sweet and easy to live with.

I’m open to any gender and don’t mind another pet, but I’m allergic to cats, so unfortunately no cats. Overall, I’m looking for someone with a similar “work hard, play hard” mindset who is social and fun but responsible, respectful, and doesn’t bring the party home.

The application process is pretty standard. Each leaseholder will need to provide proof of income and meet the building’s credit requirements, which I was told begin around 640. My income alone meets the household qualification requirement, so I’m mainly looking for someone responsible with decent credit who is ready to move quickly.

I’m hoping to find the right person soon so we can apply and secure the apartment for an early October move.
