My home in Beverly Grove (23 F, 25 F) is looking for a new roommate and bestie 😸 Private room with attached bathroom in gorgeous spacious Spanish style house in the most amazing and safe neighborhood in LA. 2 parking spaces (we typically prefer street parking bc there’s so much) WD in unit, backyard with fruit trees (oranges, limes, lemons, tomatoes), movie projector, dishwasher, giant kitchen, AC and heat, weight lifting area, two garages for storage, basketball hoop lol, utilities are usually like $50/mo +$50 each for monthly cleaning lady. If you’re interested we can send photos of the room once we’ve taken them.

Kat works in artist relations and nightlife. I work in plastic surgery as a medical assistant. Our ideal roommate is someone who wants to create community/ gatherings, able to join us in decorating and getting furniture, is pet and smoke free, loves going out to nice lounges and cafes, is similar in age.
