Seeking a dog-friendly, gay-friendly, non-smoking roommate. to share huge two-bedroom apartment (1300 sq ft) in historic Fairfax-Beverly district. Move-in ASAP.

The building was built in 1929 and has only four railway-style apartments. Lots of windows and high arched ceilings, so the apartment is very light and bright. Lovely hardwood floors. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, air fryer).

The large unfurnished bedroom is 11’x14’ with large walk-in closet (5'x8') with plenty of shelves for storage. Both bedrooms are in the back of the apartment so they're very quiet.

Street parking but a permit parking pass is included in the rent. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Shared bathroom.

10-minute walk to The Grove and Farmers Market. Restaurants and shopping everywhere. Very quiet and safe neighborhood and quiet neighbors.

I'm a professional magician and writer and work from home when I'm not performing. I have a very friendly border collie who loves all people.
