I’m currently living in a spacious and well-furnished 2B2B apartment at Park La Brea (430 S Burnside Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036), and one bedroom with a private bathroom will be available starting June 13.

Park La Brea is one of LA’s most iconic and convenient communities — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to The Grove, LACMA, Trader Joe’s, and tons of great restaurants and shops. The area is safe, quiet, and green, with 24-hour security and on-site laundry. Looking for a male roommate only who is clean, respectful, drug-free, and financially responsible. In-person room tour is required before any agreement is made.

Rent Details:
Total Rent: Master bedroom $1,450/month (includes utilities: water, electricity, internet, garbage); guest bedroom $1,350/month (includes utilities: water, electricity, internet, garbage);

Deposit: $500
Move-in: After June 13
Lease: Flexible, but longer-term preferred

About Me:
I’m a male postdoctoral scientist working regular hours (9–5) at a well-known medical center in LA. I keep a clean, quiet home, and value mutual respect and clear communication. I'm also friendly and easygoing — I believe a good roommate relationship starts with honesty and trust.

Parking:
Many free public spots in Park La Brea, or you can pay for a reserved personal parking space if preferred.
