I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Pallazo East in the Fairfax District. I will be moving to a bigger place with a friend. This area is extremely walkable to places like The Grove Mall, Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Pan Pacific Park, etc.

This lease is up on June 24th, 2025. You will have the option to stay if you choose to. I believe you will go month to month, or you can sign a lease from that point, but I will ask the leasing office to ensure that is correct.

The unit comes with a washer & dryer, wood flooring, a balcony, a walk-in closet, etc.
