Has in unit washer\dryer. Area is permit parking after 6PM, and as resident you qualify for parking permit.

30, Male, work from home as a computer consultant in the mornings for a company in NYC and then study and work as an actor for the rest of the day. Typically leave noon and don't return till later in the evening. I'm friendly, outgoing, responsible, fitness oriented, and like to keep my home space neat and clean. I travel for lengthy periods of time to NYC for work and abroad for leisure. I enjoy the creative aspects of cooking and tend to make some pretty amazing meals (references available on request, haha). I'm social with great friends that I enjoying hosting, with consideration of course for my roommate.

You:
Prefer 20's-30's professional with a stable day job. Clean, easy going, responsible and communicative. No couples\shared living. Just looking for an individual roommate.

The Cost:
Rent is $1350. Monthly Fiber-Optic internet is $45 a month. Heat/electricity is about $100-$150 depending on use amount which is split. To move in, must have $1500 deposit + first month's rent. Will also have to pass credit & tenant screening report. Term would be month-to-month, with 30 day move out notice from the 1st of each month. Looking for someone intending to stay longer than a month or two.
