The neighborhood is safe and the street doesn’t connect through so there’s very little traffic. You’ll also have your own dedicated parking space.

I’ve happily lived here for five years and have truly enjoyed the neighborhood. I’m positive, easygoing, and looking for someone who’s a good fit to share the space with. A simple background check is required.
