The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and because the street doesn’t connect through, there’s very little traffic. You’ll also have your own dedicated parking space.

I’ve happily lived here for five years and have truly enjoyed the neighborhood. I’m positive, easygoing, and looking for someone who’s a good fit to share the space with. A simple background check is required.
