Room for rent in peaceful quiet neighborhood

All-female household (3). One small pet allowed per tenant ($50 monthly pet fee). We get along well and occasionally hang out in common areas, but mostly keep to ourselves. I handle maintenance and upkeep; tenants are responsible for cleaning the shared bathroom. No smoking inside the house, but smoking is fine outside on the patio. We all enjoy baking, so you’ll often find fresh pastries in the kitchen. I have a mostly outdoor cat who is the sweetest boy and loves greeting people on the porch or lounging on the patio. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a friendly, lived-in feel. You’ll often see neighbors out walking their dogs.

The available room is separate from the other bedrooms, offering extra privacy, and is located near the garage and laundry area. It features laminate wood flooring and a large window. While there is no closet, the space easily accommodates dressers and storage pieces. Garage storage is available directly beside the room if needed.
