Private room, shared bathroom, all utilities included, no laundry on site (laundromat close by).

Hello! Looking for a roommate for one room in a bedroom bathroom house. We currently have roommates girls and guy, and looking for one more!

The house is in panorama city, close to walmart, aldi, starbucks, target and lots of other convenient stores. It's a large house with sizable front and backyard.

The room is spacious with solid closet space, and the bathroom is shared with one person. No laundry in unit but there is a laundromat walkable from the house. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, central AC & Heating, wifi. All utilities are included in the price.

Plenty of street parking available.

First month ($) + security deposit ($) required to move in. Utilities are included. There is a background and credit check as part of the application.

Cats welcome, additional pet fee required.
