Rent: $1,500.00 per month ($1,600/couple)
Deposit: $1,500.00

Background Check and Credit Check Required.
Utilities and shared household services (gardener, pool and housecleaner) are split evenly.

The Room: furnished with a queen bed, desk and smart TV! Quiet, with great natural light and plenty of storage in the closet and under the bed.

Shared Spaces: Updated kitchen with all new appliances (including washer/dryer), comfortable living and dining area, and shared bathroom* (For you and guests only)

Amenities: Private Saltwater Pool and Spa, Fully Equipped Home Gym (weights, bench, rowing machine, Pilates reformer, yoga mats, bands, loops) Grill, Outdoor patio with seating and firepit.

About us:
We are a professional married couple who work in the entertainment industry. We are originally from the Midwest, so you know we are hardworking and respectful, while also being fun and welcoming. We enjoy watching tv/movies, playing video games and board games, swimming and hiking. And while we love animals, we don’t keep any in the house and prefer people without pets as well. Would like to have someone who is social, as we occasionally have game nights and parties.
