Fully furnished one bedroom with a private adjacent bath available for rent in an eclectic, completely updated and fully furnished house, right across the street from Kaiser hospital in Panorama City. Utilities, cable and Wi-Fi included. Modern updates include all new energy efficient appliances, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, brand new flooring and paint, brand new roller shades, brand new roof etc. It's a brand new house!
Modern meets classic with solid wood antique furnishings from the early 1900s and after. The house is situated on a large lot with mature fruit trees and landscaping that are nearing half a century old. The property is animal friendly and has one outdoor kitty that resides on the property.
I'm looking for a professional with a love for animals, plants and nature to enjoy this property. You will be sharing the house with Jared and his dog and cat. Jared works in the travel industry and resides on the property 7 days a week. I work in biotech and I'm generally on the property most weekends gardening and maintaining the yard.
The ideal roommate will be respectful, considerate, clean, outgoing, LGBTQ friendly and patient. The animals need to be treated with kindness and respect. Gardeners are welcome and I will consider a rent reduction for help maintenancing the yard cuz it's a jungle.
