Palms/Culver City Room opening up!

🌴 Hey all! One of my roommates is moving out at end of Oct., so we’re looking for someone to fill his spot starting Nov. 1st in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment.

Looking for a long-term roomie, but open to short-term. Photos are all of the current room. Room is about 10ft. x 14.5ft., has a wide window to the north, and an en suite bathroom (8.5ft. x 3.5ft.). The room will be unfurnished at move-in. Photos also of the rest of the apartment - living room and rooftop we're getting new things for as a prior roommate took most stuff with him when he left, but the photos give you an idea of what it looks like fully furnished.

The specs:

- $1300/month plus utilities

- 1 bedroom, 1 bath

- Drive times: 2 min. to the 10, 5 min. to nearby grocery stores (Vons, Trader Joe’s), just a short drive away from Culver City center. Lots of parks in area too.

- 2 Tandem parking spots (pretty easy to find parking in the neighborhood, though)

- In-unit washer & dryer (located in one of the bedrooms), dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave - all typical appliances. AC in every room too.

- Not looking for couples or pet-owners - sorry!

The whole apartment is 3 bed 3 bath, split over two stories. We have private rooftop access (we usually use for grilling and social gatherings). Decently sized living room and kitchen areas too.

Certainly hoping for someone to get to know and maybe become friends with but not a requirement! As long as you’re respectful of shared spaces, help out with chores and split expenses, we’re gonna get along great.
