Bedroom in Adorable Culver City Apartment

Looking for a girl to join us in a 2nd-floor, 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in Palms/Downtown Culver area. We're two girls in our twenties with full-time jobs. We’d love to be friends with our roommate. During the week, we have chill nights after work, like going to pilates together and watching Love Island after. During the weekend, we love to go out with friends or go to fun activities during the day. Our apartment is located in walking distance to Trader Joes, Sprouts, Erewhon, MDR Pilates, the Culver Steps, and the rest of Downtown Culver. The available room fits a queen bed and has a balcony, spacious closet, and shared Jack & Jill style bathroom with another girl who is really clean! There is also on-site laundry and we all share a parking spot, but street parking is almost always available. Rent is $1,371 per month, and we're looking for someone to stay for at least a year starting August 1st. Please message me if you're interested!
