We're looking for a new roommate to join our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in Palms beginning at the end of August / September 1.

The room is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one male roommate). Rent is $1,216.67/month plus utilities.

About us:
You'll be living with a couple and their best friend. We all work in creative fields including music, film, media, and production. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a home rather than just rent a room.

Our household is generally pretty relaxed. Think movie nights, creative conversations, occasional shared meals, and a communicative living environment. Someone once described us as having "New Girl" energy and honestly that felt pretty accurate.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Not a frequent party host or someone who regularly brings large groups over

No additional pets, please.
