Palms Apt - Seeking Female Roommate

Quiet, Christian female renting out a bedroom for another female in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Palms. The property is located two blocks from the intersection of Venice and Overland and is one mile from Downtown Culver City. The neighborhood is very quiet and has amazing food all around in Palms and Culver. The half bathroom is connected to my room, so I would share the main bathroom with the other tenant. You would currently have the parking space to yourself because I don't have a car.

I am an African-American woman, a working professional, my home is quiet but I appreciate music playing from time to time, I keep the house very clean, and I prefer to keep overnight guests at a minimum. All the furniture and decor belongs to my current roommate who was here before me, so I plan to purchase all new furniture or go half with a new roommate if you would like to pick out furniture.

There is also a sizable balcony that faces the other building, but gets lots of sunlight.
