Private room in house for rent

We’re looking for a new roommate to take over a large bedroom in our 4 bed / 2 bath house in Culver City at the end of April. The house is spacious with a big living room, dining area, full kitchen, laundry room, and a front and back yard with a patio. The room itself is one of the bigger ones in the house with plenty of closet space, plus there’s extra storage in the hallway closets and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.
You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other person (so two people per bathroom), and it has both a shower and tub. There are currently three of us living here (all guys, late 20s to early 30s).
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about a block from a Vons and a few other shops, and really close to downtown Culver City where there’s a Trader Joe’s, Erewhon, and a weekly farmers market. It’s also near a Metro stop if you commute or don’t drive much.
We do have pets—three cats and one dog—so unfortunately we can’t bring in any more animals. The cats hang out in common areas or bedrooms, and the dog stays in my room or the backyard.
Rent is $1,260/month, and the deposit is first and last month. The rent however will be going up to $1310 in June. We’re ideally looking for someone who wants to stay a while, since our landlord prefers not to keep updating the lease and we’ve all been here long-term.
