Beautiful Private Room in Townhouse

Hi.

My name is Deborah. Everybody calls me Debbie.

I have a beautiful private room to rent for 1 person. The room has recently cleaned carpeting and a brand new ceiling fan. It also has a full walk-in closet with shelving.

The monthly rent is $1200 a month which includes all utilities and Spectrum Internet with Wi-Fi. All utilities include electric and gas heating. Which includes heating the water you would be using every day and in the cold winter months gas heating.

Security deposit is also the same as rent $1200 which would be due as soon as you are approved after filling out an application with the management for a credit background check. The fee for the credit background check is $65 which is to be included with the application along with a copy of your valid drivers license or state ID.

You would be sharing the Master bath with my Male Roommate. He is 31 years old and he has been here for 4 years.

There is a full kitchen with electric stove, full refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and covered space for your dishes, and I can make drawer space for your silverware. We all use our own dishes, pots, and pans and silverware here.

There is a laundry room in the rear of the building with one washer and two dryers. It is coin operated.

My roommate works as a waiter and I work from home. We have our own schedules and we get along great.

Due to disabilities with my back, I stay downstairs on the first level. I am rearranging my space so that there is a section for a sofa that we can use to hang out and have dinner or watch a movie together if you’d like. Otherwise, I can have a dining room table available for dinner but that table would also be used for my workspace so I would be willing to share that space with you part-time.

I’m looking for someone who is not a party person and who is kind and considerate of others. Also someone who is willing to share the responsibilities of cleaning the common areas.

There is a laundry room in the rear of the building. It has one washer and two dryers. If you need to clean comforters or blankets the management recommends taking those items to a local laundromat where they have bigger washers and bigger dryers.

The parking space that goes along with this townhouse is already occupied so you would have to park on the street.

There is a metro station very close to us, and also there are many bus lines that run several blocks away from here. The street that we live on is very nice. There are a lot of trees and plants and flowers and a lot of really nice people in the neighborhood.
