Hi.

My name is Deborah. I am semi-retired. I am the main leaseholder. I’m looking for one additional Roommate to rent this bedroom because it’s been empty for a long time and also because our rent has gone up very high and I need someone to help share the expenses. I stay downstairs because of disabilities with my back. I do some work part-time from home. I am very interested in nutrition, natural healing modalities and keeping a peaceful home. I am also a nature photographer and I’m working on a side business selling my photographs so you will often see me on my computer or outside taking pictures of nature.

I’m looking for someone who has a full-time job outside the home. No exceptions. Someone who is responsible and who will pay the rent on time. The potential new Roommate must be kind and compassionate and considerate of others.

I have a beautiful room to rent in a 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath townhouse. The room that I have for rent is fully carpeted (cleaned recently) and there is a brand new ceiling fan.

There is a lovely view out the window of the trees in the courtyard. It has a full walk-in closet, and there is also a big cupboard outside of the bedroom that you can store toiletries and things for the bathroom.

There’s a shared master bath in between the available bedroom and my roommate’s bedroom. He’s 31 years old. He’s a great guy and he is easy to get along with. He’s been here for almost 4 years (as of July 1st). You would be sharing the Master bath with him.

There is a shared kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, and plenty of cupboard space to store your things.

You can use the dining room table at dinner time and the rest of the time I will be using it for my workspace. But I wanted to share part of my living space so that you had a place to eat in the evening and maybe even sometime we could share a meal together.

The rent is $1400/month, which includes all utilities (Gas, Electric, and Internet with Wi-Fi). The security deposit is $1400.

Expense of cleaning supplies is shared with everyone in the household. Everyone is responsible for sharing in the Cleaning of the common areas.

This townhouse is really nice. I’ve been living here for 7 years and the neighbors are great and it’s a nice area and it has a lot of beautiful trees and flowers in the neighborhood. It’s very close to public transportation and there’s also a washer and dryer in the rear of the building. There’s no parking space available, but there’s plenty of parking on the street.
