Private room in Townhouse

Hi, I have a nice private bedroom for rent. It has wall-to-wall carpeting. There is a full walk-in closet and a brand new ceiling fan. There’s also a very nice view of the trees in the courtyard.

You share the master bath with my current Roommate. He is 31 years old and he works in the restaurant industry. You would share in the cleaning of the master bathroom several times a week.

You also share in the vacuuming of the carpeting in the hallway upstairs, and also the carpeting leading up to the bedrooms. This must be shared by both of of you at least once once a week.

On the first level, there’s a kitchen with electric stove, microwave, and toaster oven. There is plenty of room in the cupboards for your dishes and food. You bring your own silverware and pots and pans.

There is a nice tile counter in between the kitchen and the dining room that you can use for light meals.

I am a female, 70 years old and semi-retired. I work from home part-time. I have disabilities with my back and my knees that prevent me from walking up and down the stairs and so that’s why I’m renting this room.

My living/workspace is the first level of the townhouse. I do not share it with anyone. This is my private space.

I am looking for someone who has a full time job outside the home with daytime hours. No coming home after midnight and no partying. There is no smoking a cigarettes and no pets are allowed in this townhouse.

This is for one person only. I am not looking to rent to anyone who wants to bring their boyfriend or girlfriend to live with them or bring their pets as much as I love animals. I can’t have animals in this townhouse because of allergies.

I work from home part time and when I work I usually work from early afternoon to early evening. I need to have a lot of quiet time for my healing and for my focus on whatever work that I’m doing.

The rent is $1400/month and that includes the rent for the room, Spectrum Internet with 500 MBPS and Wi-Fi, gas and electric.

There is no bartering allowed for rent and utilities. You must pay your fair share.

Everyone shares in the cleaning of the common areas, and we also share in the expense of the cleaning supplies.

There’s no smoking of cigarettes.
No loud parties.
No drugs.
No heavy drinking.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, considerate, responsible, and can pay the rent on time. This room is for one person only no exceptions.

Laundry is in the rear of the building.

Parking is street parking because since this is a townhouse with one parking space and that parking space is already occupied. There’s plenty of parking on the street and also if you don’t have a car, there is a lot of public transportation close by the metro station is within walking distance and there’s plenty of buses that run regularly

This neighborhood is really nice there a lot of trees and plants and flowers and there’s a lot of nice people living in the neighborhood.

I am looking for someone who is very responsible and can pay the rent on time.

My home is very nice and peaceful and relaxing, and I’m hoping to find someone that will fit in well here.
