Private Carpeted Bedroom in Townhouse

Private carpeted bedroom in Townhouse with brand new ceiling fan and walk in closet. You would be sharing the Master Bathroom with my roommate. I use the downstairs bathroom for myself due to disabilities walking up and down the stairs.

The room is available now, and the rent is $1,200 including all utilities and Internet with WIFI. Security Deposit is $1200. Total move in cost is $2,400.

All cleaning supplies are separate. Cleaning services are $50 for each of us. The cleaning service is once a month.

Everyone is expected to share in the cleaning of the common areas. Laundry is in the rear of the building.

I am looking to find someone dependable and can pay the rent on time. Someone who is kind and compassionate since I have disabilities with my back and I need quiet time to myself before bed. I work from home part time and I am semi retired.

Parking is street parking since the 1 parking space assigned to this townhouse is already occupied.

There is plenty of public transportation nearby with the Metro and buses 1/2 block away. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. There are also laundromats close by for cleaning of comforters and rugs.

You will need to fill out and application if you are interested in renting the room. This must be done in order for you to get approved by the management. They require a valid Driver's license or state ID and a $65 fee for a Credit/Background check. This is standard procedure.

I am hoping to find a non-Smoker, non drinker, non party person who is serious about work and is responsible.
