Private Furnished bedroom

Hi, I have a private furnished bedroom for rent. It has wall-to-wall carpeting. There is a full walk-in closet and a brand new ceiling fan. There’s also a very nice view of the trees in the courtyard. There is a shared master bath that you would share with my current Roommate. He is 31 years old and he works in the restaurant industry. There is also a nice cupboard outside of the bathroom that you can store your things in.

On the first level, there’s a kitchen with electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, and a blender if you need one. There is plenty of room in the cupboard for your dishes and food. You bring your own silverware and pots and pans.

There is a nice tile counter in between the kitchen and the dining room that you can use for light meals. Eventually, I’m going to try to set up an area in the dining room where you can have dinner, but most of the time that table is being used for work.

I am semi retired and I have disabilities with my back and my knees that prevent me from walking up and down the stairs and so that’s why I’m renting this room. I made the first level into like a studio apartment for myself so this is my living workspace.

The rent is $1400/month and that includes the rent for the room, gas, electric, Spectrum Internet with 500 MBPS and Wi-Fi. It also includes the fee the landlord charges me for a second Roommate off the lease.

Everyone shares in the cleaning of the common areas, and we also share in the expense of the cleaning supplies.

There’s no smoking of cigarettes.

I’m not allowed to have animals according to my lease, so please understand that as much as I love animals, I just can’t have any inside my apartment.

Laundry is in the rear of the building.

Parking is street parking since my parking space is already occupied.

There is a metro station very close to my apartment and there’s buses at half a block away.

This neighborhood is really nice there a lot of trees and plants and flowers and there’s a lot of nice people living in the neighborhood.

Please have a full-time job or even a part-time job outside of the home during the day.
I am looking for someone who is very responsible and can pay the rent on time.

Rent is $1400 a month as I mentioned earlier in my message. Security deposit is also $1400.

My home is very nice and peaceful and relaxing, and I’m hoping to find someone that will fit in well here.
