Private room with private bathroom for rent

I’m looking for one female roommate for a long-term lease. Private room with private bathroom available in Palms, about 5 minutes from downtown Culver City. Month to month lease. Rent is 1100 per month with a 1050 deposit. Water bill is included. Electricity, gas and internet bills are not included. There is no AC or central heating. Laundry is in the building. The apartment has tandem parking, so we will have to share it. Pets are allowed. Daytime guests are allowed but no later than 10 pm. Overnight guests should be discussed in advance.
I am a 33 year old female and have lived in this apartment for 5 years. I am a freelancer with a flexible schedule. I do private sightseeing tours and create paintings upon request. I usually wake up between 7 and 8 am and go to sleep around 10 to 11 pm.
I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean female roommate with a similar schedule. You must have a good credit score, previous rental history, and a stable income at least $5000 per month to be approved by the manager.
