Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a 31-year-old female, born and raised in LA, and I work as a physician assistant. I work long hours 4 days a week, so when I come home, I really value a quiet, calm, and respectful environment to recharge. I’ve lived in this apartment for 5 years and truly love it — it’s a total hidden gem with an affordable rent and a huge backyard (which is nearly unheard of in LA!).

I’m looking for a female tenant to take over the master bedroom with a private bathroom in our cozy 3 bed / 2 bath apartment. You’ll also share:

A furnished living room and kitchen

A converted den/TV room (which used to be the third bedroom)

Access to our very spacious backyard

🐾 I have a sweet, low-maintenance 8-year-old border collie/hound mix named Wesley. He’s super chill, well-behaved, and mostly sleeps while I’m at work. He has a doggy door to the yard and manages himself well.
