Hi! I’m looking for a roomate to move in to my 2 bed 1 bath apartment on NOVEMBER 15TH. I am located in the Palms/ Mar Vista area. The bathroom has two sinks so you’d have your own sink. The apartment also has a private backyard which is pretty rare in LA! Rent is around $1500 not including utilities. I am 28 years old working as a nanny and in school full time to become a therapist. I do not smoke or drink at all. I am looking for a roomate who also does not smoke at all. Drinking is ok but I’m do not want an extreme partier. I am only looking for a female roomate and only one person! No couples! I have no pets and would like to keep it that way. Parking is tandem parking.
