Master bedroom has Private half bathroom (toilet & sink with large counter space).

Master bedroom is furnished with full (double) size organic cotton futon bed with cotton sheets, blankets, pillows, down comforter.

Master bedroom is also furnished with desk and chair, nightstand with lamp, side tables (2), and doesn't have a dresser because huge closet has built-in shelving. Has room for a dresser.

Master Bedroom closet has mirrored sliding doors. Room has windows on 2 sides with white cotton curtains.

Patio Room has Private Entrance, large dresser and armoire instead of closet, and measures 13’ x 12’.

Patio room has full-size (double) bed with memory foam mattress and new never-used mattress topper. Bed has pillows, cotton sheets, blankets, & down comforter.

Room is furnished with bed, armoire, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp, additional side table, desk & chair, ceiling light, space heater, wood-look window blinds, & laminate flooring.

Patio Room: because there’s no closet, this room has a larger chest of drawers and an armoire for hanging clothes. This room has wood-look venetian blinds. This room has a private entrance from the street (locking patio gate and door) and currently has a heavy winter curtain on the glass door to keep the heat in.

Patio outside your room has extra full size refrigerator, a plant stand for potted plants, patio seating, room for more potted plants, and room to lock your bicycle inside the locked gate.

Share bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, back yard garden.

Shared Bathroom has shower/bathtub combo with water filter on shower.

Please be considerate of multiple roommates by using headphones or earbuds while enjoying movies or music.

Living room has a piano but no TV.

Dining room has a large dining table that seats 6 to 10 and a small sofa for another lounge space.

Kitchen has a small table that seats 4, and enough cabinet and counter space for you to have your own section of the food storage and preparation areas.

No microwave or garbage disposal.
Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer on premises.

There is room to lock up a bicycle, but no other outside storage space.

Street parking.
