Roommate Wanted: Professional, Female, no pets, ideally late 20s - late 40s.

Move-in date flexible: Nov 15th or later.
Looking at least 3 month commitment, can go month-to-month after if looking long term.

Apartment Features:
• Great spacious living room space fully furnished
• Large unfurnished room with large closet. (currently set up as my office, as seen in pics but would be empty for move-in)
• 1.5 Bathrooms: Room has attached 1/2 bath. Shower (in other bathroom) is shared.

Building Features:
• Underground garage parking (2 Tandem spots)
• Onsite laundry (app paid)
• Walking distance to Downtown Culver City. Great bars, restaurants, Farmer's Market, Metro and other activities nearby.

About me:
42 y/o professional female. I work in marketing for Entertainment companies, WFH 2 days a week, in office 3. Prefer someone who is not fully remote.

I'm pretty laid back and quiet during the week, but do enjoy going out for dinner, a cocktail/wine on the weekends. I travel a little. Once in a while, may host a holiday party or game night but otherwise keep home life pretty quiet.

I have an 8yo 22lb terrier mix that gets most of my attention! I'd prefer to keep him as the only pet living here.

I'd like to be friendly with my roommate, grab dinner or watch a show together but also enjoy my alone time so want someone with a similar outlook.
