The Building

This apartment complex is a new build from 2019, and comes with great amenities in the beautiful Palms neighborhood. There is a communal rooftop/lounge area with seating and Wi-Fi, free garage parking (plus electric charging), bike storage (or surfboard), mail room/Amazon hub, plus other small things that make life easier (easy to access trash shoot, phone app to open front door, elevator, etc.)

The Apartment

The apartment itself is beautifully designed, well lit, modern, and comes with excellent fittings (cabinets, fridge, stove, dishwasher etc.), in unit washer/dryer, heating and AC (with a nest thermostat), and all of the communal areas are furnished (I can send additional pictures of the current set up). We already have the regular kitchen appliances/items in place (cutlery, plates, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, kettle, etc.)

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms are light and spacious, in keeping with the modern design of the rest of the apartment. They come with their own bathroom, very spacious closets, and one has a private balcony, which catches the lovely evening sun.

Personal Bio

I am a 32-year-old, originally from Bermuda and now building my rum company, Callisto, here in LA. I moved to the US couple years ago for my MBA at Berkeley and moved to Culver City nearly a year ago to expand the business in SoCal. Prior to moving to the US, I worked and studied in London and also spent a little bit of time in Hong Kong. I love to ski, sail, cook, play games, socialize, and enjoy all LA has to offer. A lot of my focus right now is work over play, but I still take the time to hang out with friends and enjoy life when I can!
