Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone to take over her private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 3bdr+2bth, located on the ground floor of a gated complex in Culver City. We are clean, quiet, and responsible. Our prospective roommate must be tidy, responsible and respectful.
THE SPACE Spacious room with walk-in-robe and ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet). Hardwood floors. The room can come furnished with a bed/rugs/wardrobe or without.
The second bathroom is off of the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen, living room/dining area with comfortable sofa, WiFi etc.
There is a secure carport space.
Laundry facilities are coin operated ($1 wash, 50c dry), shared with five other apartments.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD This apartment is on a quiet, safe side street. The area is very safe with a fair number of families. Super convenient location near an on-ramp to the 10 (not so close that there's noise, however). 15min to Santa Monica, 20 min to LAX.
Walking (within 10min): 500 yards to a Smart and Final supermarket, Mcdonalds, CVS, an amazing Taco truck, Coffee Bean, El Pollo Loco, Gym, Del Taco, Carl's Jr, great Chinese takeout place, convenience store, cafes + a bunch of other stores.
Rent is $1150/month, plus $800 security deposit.
