I am renting 2 fully furnished Rooms with TV and beds ready to move in located in a exclusive community of Palmdale. The house has a keyless entry and it's secured by outside cameras. I have 2 room options available. Renter must have a Job and be a non smoker. Has access to living room, family room, kitchen and laundry room. I am looking for someone single who has a stable job. I am allergic to pets, so I don't allow pets at all. I am hoping to find someone respectful, honorable, responsible and clean. The electric bill is the only thing that will need to be split. Utilities included are WiFi, water, gas and trash. You must be able to show proof of a steady income or financial support. Below you will find the description of both options.
