Rent includes all utilities, shared kitchen," I will provide a separate refrigerator to be shared with other tenant, this refrigerator is separate from the one located in the kitchen. "
Other shared areas included the living room , dining area & half bathroom located downstairs.
Parking is available in front of the house.

with shopping centers nearby including Walmart, Stater Bros, Target & Vallarta. Schools are also within walking distance.
No pets allowed but must love dogs. (Male Boxer dog in house)
