Rent includes all utilities (internet, gas, electricity, water, washer/dryer, and trash. I have two dogs, a 4-pound small Yorkie and a small Corgi mix, so you must be pet-friendly and LGBTQ-friendly.

Co occupancy for 1500 with a Private bathroom.
With a security deposit of $500. If working remotely, there is an additional charge of $45 per month. The lease is for 6 months initially, then month-to-month.
