Furnished room available for a professional individual. Conveniently located near Lockheed, with the 14 freeway just one block away. Boeing and Virgin engineering firms are 10 minutes away, and the mall, major stores, and restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
I'm looking for a mature, clean, and responsible tenant. The room comes with full access to the kitchen, laundry, and common areas. Street parking is available. Rent includes all utilities (internet, gas, electricity, water, washer/dryer, and trash).

I have two dogs, a 4-pound small Yorkie and a small Corgi mix, so you must be pet-friendly and LGBTQ-friendly. The room is for single occupancy with a shared bathroom. Monthly rent is $875, with a security deposit of $400. If working remotely, there is an additional charge of $45 per month. The lease is for 6 months initially, then month-to-month.

Identity- copy of your Driver license or identification card.
Must be fully employed, with proof of income via pay stubs.
No smoking, drugs, pets or children
