$1,800 is for 6 to 11 month rental 3 bedroom 3 bath house ( manufactured, big kitchen and living room across the street from Will Rogers State Beach .

I use one of the bedrooms and a bedroom is used for my office .

I’m renting out a large bedroom on opposite side of the house private bathroom rain shower . A community lap pool and hot tub. There is a community laundry room

The bus stops at PCH and the metro station is in Santa Monica. Their is a beautiful big beach that is rarely crowded right across the street. The beach has a great beach side walk with a bike path and a great sit down restaurant. The house is very close to several hiking trails on Temescal and the 10 freeway as well as Sunset. Blvd. The energy in this house is amazing and the room i am renting is on the opposite side of the house from me so we both will have a lot of privacy.

I’d like someone with a monthly income that can afford the rent with a good credit rating and references. I prefer someone that doesn’t work from home unless they work in their room. . The security deposit is 2000 and not to be used as last month's rent.
