Pacific Palisades Beach House room for rent

This beach is the one right across the street

I live in a perfect spot across the street from the beach walking distance from Gladstone?s and the California incline on PCH.

I would love to share this magical place so I have a room available for rent at different prices depending on length of stay. Daily 130.00 weekly 700.00 and monthly 2,000 unless signing a 6 to 12 month lease then the monthly is 1,700

However, 2 months notice to break lease and you will be held responsible for full term until the room is rented for a year or additional 6 months to someone else approved by me. The 2,000 dollar rate per month for short term would apply. Their will be a 2,000 deposit required and it can not be used as last month rent. Your deposit will forfeited if there was damage the lease is broken without cause and the 60 day notice was not provided. However if the notice was given and showings were allowed and the room is rented for a year by someone else before a payment is due and the room remains in good shape a cleaning fee of 100.00 will be deducted and the rest minus the 400.00 difference between 2,000 monthly and 1,600 yearly for the time spent will be deducted before the ballance is returned.

This is a 2 bedroom house plus office,$1,600 does include utilities a small washer and dryer , share the living room and kitchen , small yard with 8 large trees that provide the perfect shade from the sun in the summer. Raking the leaves is a shared responsibility and we are in a corner lot with lots of privacy and a nice BQ . I do not have cable only WiFi. It?s a fully furnished house(the bed is full size and the bedroom furniture is more suitable for a girl but I am ok with renting to either sex if your OK with the furniture). The bedroom has a private bathroom with roomy walk in shower. Tandem parking , community pool . Non smoking and no pets. Two months advance notice required to move out of long term lease. security deposit can not be used for last month rent. If we get along well your stay can be extended for a year.
