Large furnished master bedroom 7 blocks to beach

Large furnished room w 65 inch brand new LG TV. Queen bed, brand new loveseat, coffee table and chair and ottoman. Large closet however I do have to keep some stuff in that closet but will never go in the room without asking you first. There is also a fridge and freezer in the closet, an AC and a dresser. The room is 420 friendly but only in your room or the garden. I do allow occasional guests. However, I do have rules for how long you can use the shower and get ready. I prefer hair and make up done in your room. Unfortunately, I had a child and I can not hold my bladder for hours while you get ready. I also have a garden that has a barbecue and furniture. You are welcome to use it as it is all my furniture. The other tenants barely use the garden. I have a sweet standard poodle named Lucy. I am not allowed to have any other pets. I’m so sorry. I work out of my living room from home but I travel a lot!!!! I have family in England, Ireland and Spain. I am sometimes gone for a whole month. I currently was just gone for 5 nights. You are welcome to have a guest over while I travel as long as they do not use my products in the bathroom or abuse my beautiful apartment.
