This is a beautiful three story townhouse that will enhance your Santa Monica experience. This airy, light filled, quiet safe haven will be the perfect spot to land after a busy day or just wanting to chill. The first floor is a bright, cheerful open space with flowering plants, living area with tv facing the garden. There is a lot of natural light and view of the patio with a beautiful garden overflowing with flowers to greet you every morning. On the same floor, is the kitchen fully stocked. Everything you need to prepare a wonderful healthy meal.

The 2nd floor is my guest room with new Nectar Full Memory Foam bed/office with a private bath. My home is large and you will have your privacy. The third floor is my quarters , the master and another bath. Located in the best part of Santa Monica, a few blocks from the very hip Main Street area that has cafes, both fine and casual dining that will appeal to those of you who are foodies. Walking distance to yoga studios, farmers markets and wonderful unique shops. The pristine clean beach is only a brief 5 blks. Located a short walk to the Santa Monica pier or going in the other direction, Venice Beach. Close to public transportation and freeway close. An oasis of convenience for just about everything to make your stay memorable. You will love it here. It is the quintessential California experience. Location is safe and a secured building.
