Roommate wanted in 2 bed 1.5 bath

Hi I’m Amber! I have a room for rent in a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment in Ocean Park. We are a 10 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and just minutes to Main Street

My roommate is moving for work and I’m looking to fill the room! The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom that will be open. Water / gas included, there is on-site laundry (shared), we have one private garage parking spot that I don’t really use (I usually just park on the street). Private patio!

I absolutely love it here and I’m hoping to find someone to move in for a year lease. I work full time, I’m in the office M-W and wfh Th-F. I love to go out to eat, beach, concerts. Looking for someone respectful in shared spaces and will be mindful of guests and noise in the early mornings or late night. Guests are cool as long as everyone’s respectful and it’s communicated :) I don’t usually have more than 2-3 girl friends over at a time before dinner or something like that
Im laid back but like to keep a tidy house ( I’m not a clean freak) I’m easy going and hoping to share the space with someone friendly and similar interests.
