Room for Rent!

We are looking for a sober (alcohol is ok but no hard drugs or cannabis please), nonsmoking(vaping nicotine is totally fine cigarettes are a no) roommate. We are preferring someone who is female since we are an all female household. We are a married lesbian couple looking for a roommate who will be here until the probate for the house goes through (the probate could take up to 2 years so it won’t be anytime super soon) with that being said we will be selling the house so we just ask that you be mindful and please not smoke in or near the house my wife is also allergic to cigarette smoke but vaping nicotine is perfectly fine. The house is designed to be to be safe for disabled people so the shower will be good but we do not have ramps to the porch so maybe not ideal for wheelchair users. The rent will be $800 a month the due date for rent will be the day you move in (I. E. for April 24th it will be the 24th each month). The room is already furnished with a futon wardrobe and dressers everything that is not furniture in the room will be removed I was just using it for storage at the time. We do already have wifi and all utilities included but please bare in mind the house is shared so the kitchen livingroom and bathroom will be shared. We also right now do not have a super functional AC unit so it does get hot in the summer and our fridge did die on us last year so as of right now we only have a mini fridge in the kitchen so just be mindful of space but you’re always welcome to get a mini fridge in your room if you’d like. We do have two dogs also who are slightly reactive so please no other pets. We are both pretty introverted so we are preferring a roommate who is also introverted and quiet just because we live in a quiet neighborhood. My wife does also have an invisible disability so please for any emergencies or questions please only contact me I will give you my number when you move in but please be mindful of her personal space and alone time because she can get overwhelmed easy and feel triggered so just be thoughtful. We will be wanting to do little interviews during the tour just so we can get to know you a little before having you move in but we are looking for a roommate ASAP thank you
