The propery is a single family house that I own, and I have a spare bedroom available for someone. House is in a great location, minutes walk away from Cerritos College so it is great for potential students. Few minute drive away from the 91 freeway and the 605 freeway. The room is a spare 10x10 room with an open closet. Room is on corner of the house with two windows that are great for natural light, especailly in the morning. New floors were recently installed as well as a ceiling fan fixture. There is a separate bathroom not attached to the room but it is designated for whomever rents. You’ll have access to the full property - living room, laundry room, kitchen, and backyard if you’d like. Internet/Electricity/Water is included. I am looking for a respectful and courteous person to rent the room to, someone who is nice, caring, and is willing to exist together peacefully in a cooperative living arrangement within the house.

MUST be accepting of dogs - three dogs live on the property - a basenji mix named Tyson, a golden retriever named Georgia, and a young boxer/lab mix named Wednesday. The dogs are friendly, you would be welcome to play and spend time with them if you feel comfortable.
