Hi everyone! We’re looking for a female roommate to fill a spacious primary bedroom with a private bathroom in our 4-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the Northridge/Porter Ranch/Granada Hills area.

I’ve lived here for six years and genuinely love it! It’s a great location, about two blocks from CSUN and within walking distance of Granada Hills Plaza.

Lease from 11/1/2026-4/30/2027

No pets allowed (so sorry)

Room will be unfurnished

Room & Monthly Costs:

* Rent: $1,330/month

* Security deposit: $700

* Application fee: $40

* Wi-Fi: Approximately $25/month

* Utilities: Billed every other month and split four ways, so they’re pretty affordable!

* Large living room with high ceilings

* Nice-sized kitchen, balcony, and patio

* On-site laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers (accepts cards and Apple Pay)

* Two garage parking spots available, although street parking is usually easy to find and actually closer to the unit

There are currently two other women living here, both in their mid-to-late 20s. We’re hoping to find another female roommate who’s respectful, easygoing, and looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I’ve really enjoyed living here over the years, and it’s been a great place to live!
