Hello all! I’m Brian, I have a room that is available ($1200 with utilities) that has its own entrance via the backyard. I live in Northridge, have 3 dogs ( 2 pugs and an English bulldog who thinks she’s as small as a chihuahua). Also in the house is my roommate Tristan, his room and this room would be sharing a bathroom.
