I have TWO bedrooms available in my clean, quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in Northridge.

Price is $1300 per room,
or $2500 if you want to rent both for yourself (for a separate home office, etc.)

Bathroom is adjacent to bedrooms, in the hallway.
Only used by the occasional guest, not me (I have my own attached to the master bedroom).

I work from a detached backyard studio, keep the house clean, and enjoy a peaceful, low-drama home.
My 2-year-old son visits a couple of times each month, but otherwise it’s a quiet household.
