Looking for a mature, quiet, respectable and clean female roommate to share my townhome in a quiet complex near Granada Hills. The complex has two pools for your enjoyment also has garage parking, but no place for storage. Bedroom has a private bathroom on the upper level and also washer and dryer in the garage shared cooking area and refrigerator. WiFi included and well as internet and TV. I also have a pet and would perhaps except a pet who is trained and gets along with my dog. There are no parties or sleepovers as I don’t want u know people coming into my home. Absoltly no smoking or drugs.
