There's room for gardening if you like to garden. There is an extra, 12 x 12 room available for 800 if you would like an office. The house is a few blocks east of CSUN and about 15 minutes to Whole Foods.

Share with: a friendly cat and semi-retired professional musician (Blues and Rock) who is also interested in biology, fly fishing, woodworking, and cooking (especially Szechuan and Thai). Always happy to learn new things and new recipes.
