Roommate Wanted in Quiet Northridge Home

A private room is available in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, ready for move-in on October 1st. We're seeking a responsible and easygoing roommate to join our relaxed home environment.

About the House: Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from CSUN, shops, and restaurants. It's an easy walk to a grocery store, Starbucks, and In-N-Out.

* The Room: Your private room has hardwood floors and a spacious closet.

* Common Areas: You'll have access to a large living room with a TV for movie nights, a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, a dining area, and a huge backyard with a propane BBQ grill.

* Parking: There is always ample street parking directly in front of the house.

* Utilities: Our home has solar panels, which help keep our utility costs low. The total is always affordable and split evenly among roommates. We also have high-speed internet throughout the house.

* Rent & Lease: The rent is $1000 per month, plus utilities, with a $1000 security deposit. We require a 1-year lease agreement.

About Us: You'll be living with three friendly, professional men (ages 38-42). We are responsible and respectful of each other's space, but we also enjoy relaxing in the living room for movies and TV. Our home is generally quiet and clean.

Pet & Smoking Policies: We cannot accommodate additional dogs or cats. We currently have two indoor cats and a small dog that is with us part-time. We can discuss small caged pets (like a hamster or fish) on a case-by-case basis. Smoking is permitted in the backyard only
