This unfurnished private room is separated from the main house, with no access to the kitchen. There are no actual roommates, but just two others who are on the property. No common areas, except the yard.

The rental is unfurnished, but includes a brand new mirrored sliding closet door, brand new 4.3 cu ft compact refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, and a card table, and new pole lamp with top and directional lights.

The total rental living space -- room, hallway, and bathroom -- is 200 square feet. The bedroom is roughly 137 sq. ft. - 10' by 14'.

There’s a nice amount of storage space with a large closet running nearly the full length of one side of room, with brand new mirrored sliding doors, and a full-length top shelf. There's also a built-in dresser with 4 deep drawers. Additionally, the hall has two closets - a tall closet with a smaller closet above it.

PARKING
Parking is off the street in the driveway, right near the room.

PLENTY OF FRESH AIR & COVERED PATIO
The room has three large windows -- two facing street and one facing side. There is also a covered patio common area right near this room, where a small picnic table can be set up, etc.

Location is between CSUN and Reseda Blvd (closer to CSUN).
