I’m looking for a roommate to share a spacious house and rent a private, extra-large cozy room in Northridge, CA 91325. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood right across from the university, just a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and libraries.

The room is big, sunny, and super comfortable, with lovely tree views—perfect if you work from home or just want your own peaceful space to relax.

It’s currently furnished with:

2 desks and 2 office chairs

A full-sized electric piano

A king-sized bed

A 2-person beanbag

A bookshelf

2 extra-large mirrored closets

Yoga mat and equipment

The room is currently displaying all the items listed, and can be furnished for the right person.

It’s ideal if you’re looking to upgrade to a spacious, peaceful place in a low-density, park-like neighborhood.

We’re close to California State University, Northridge (CSUN), so you can enjoy all the campus amenities and a friendly community. The current roommates are in their 20s—CSUN seniors and alumni—working in tech, art, hospitality, and acting. Everyone’s clean, respectful, and easygoing. The house is quiet and peaceful, with the occasional guitar music.

Utilities: Split among roommates, about $95/month per person
