We are looking for a roommate to join our lovely apartment near CSUN Northridge!

About the Apt

In this incredible deal, you get not only your own room and a bathroom, but also a fun bonus room! Your rooms share a wall and are to the right of the living room on their own “wing” of the apartment, with the bathroom at the end. There is very little noise crossover between the two “wings”since the living room splits them. Both rooms have nice windows and mirrored closets, for lots AND LOTS of storage.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which means no shared building laundry room!

There is also a parking spot included! So you can park your car there, or if you want street parking is more than available!

The building is across from the CSUN campus and is also very close to the 405 and 118.

Utilities are shared and are about $100-$120.

A background check is required but there is no cost for it on your end.

About us!

We are a young couple with the sweetest baby boy imaginable. My boyfriend works full time until the restaurant business and I am currently a stay at “apartment” mom, who loves to go for walks and be outside with the little one. We love to cook and watch movies during the week and enjoy spending time on the weekends on new adventures or visiting one of the grandparents houses. ☺️ we are relatively quiet and keep mostly to our side of the apartment. We don’t mind leaving you to your space but would love a roommate who we can be friends/friendly with!
