My husband and I are looking for a financially stable, clean, responsible and reliable individual to share our 3 bedroom house located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Northridge, CA. Room is available for move-in ASAP. The details are as follows:

The room that's available for rent is a 10x10 bedroom that is located on the front side of the house.

Monthly rent is $850 that includes a shared bathroom with the occupant of the other bedroom. Requires deposit equal to one month rent plus first month of rent (due by the last calendar date prior to the upcoming month).

The house comes with the following amenities:

- All common area privileges
- Full shared kitchen
- Use of free in house washer/dryer
- Central heating/air
- MUST be animal friendly (we have small dogs/cats of our own)
- Easy street parking directly in front of house
- Utilities are split equally amongst all adults and include water/electricity, gas, and Verizon internet
- Located 3 miles from Cal State Northridge
