Room Available in Prime Echo ParkSilver Lake House

Hey y'all! We have a room opening up in our bedroom, bath house in Echo ParkSilver Lake. There are currently of us young(ish!?) professionals living hereand we have a great house we'd love to share with you!

About us: Nick (me) works on campaigns for a living, likes the beach, sports, happy hour, and going out with friends, a social butterfly one might say. Susana, also works in government and works way too much, loves finding new coffee spot, animals, and is a movie aficionado. Maxime is French, very French, but in a good way you know, and works in business development, loves to cook, go out for a drink, and explore all that LA has to offer.

About the space:
The house, a remodeled lightfilled Spanish modern set in the hills of Echo ParkSilver, is a hidden gem. Enter into an open concept living, dining and kitchen with high ceilings and breathtaking views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, the hills and flats below, all in great view from both of the upstairs balconies. A main floor bedroom (Susana's room) & bath lead past the laundry area to a bright back of house family room with vaulted ceilings and wooden accented windows, inviting the lush, shaded backyard inside. The sunsets are spectacular. The new kitchen has been updated with highend appliances. On the lower level you will find the primary bedroom and bath (my room), a private side yard patioentrance, two additional bedrooms (Maxime and maybe your room), plus an additional bathroom. The house has a Tesla solar system helping us beat the skyrocketing rising utility costs.
