Master bedroom available on the hills

Hi, I am looking for a housemate to replace one of my housemates who is moving due to work location change.

One room is available in a 4bedroom/4bath house on the hill between Lincoln heights and Montecito heights.
Los Angeles, CA 90031 Close to Downtown/USC/Pasadena/SGV/Glendale

Move in date flexible can do 1st July or it’s available now. Prefer long term.

The room is a master bedroom with own bathroom on second floor. Will be unfurnished as pictures or easy furnished as request. House includes kitchen, living/dining area downstairs and washer/drier in unit and outside patio. Drive way parking.

$1350 a month. One month security deposit + background check(about $40 pay to a website) + first month rent.

All people in the house share electricity+wifi+other utilities. Water is free.

Im looking for working professional or student who is responsible/clean/respectful/quite and LGBTQ friendly. Housemates have a busy private life style. One male in his 40s working regular hours. One male in his 30s. I am the owner/landlord in my 30s working in IT. We rarely have visitors/parties and we just keep things to ourselves. We are easy to communicate and respect each other. We maintain common area clean as much as possible. Sorry no pets.
