The place allows for gracious living in Monterey Hills and is located at a convenient distance from the Downtown Los Angeles, South Pasadena, Glendale, and gold line stations. It is close to Costco and shopping stores. I, the owner lives on-site. I am a retired high school teacher, but I am currently doing substitute teaching job. The room is situated in a non-smoking environment and it is not a pet friendly. The unit has a total area of 985 sq. ft., one-third of it is the rental room. The monthly rent for the room with a private restroom is $1500 and the deposit is $1500.00. The rent includes costs of utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking fees. Tenant is responsible to keep the room tidy and clean. You can install your own TV if you want.
