Small room-quite Northeast LA community

Small room in quiet El Sereno/Hillside Village neighborhood. Bed and nightstand are in the room. The closet is god sized walk-in with duel hanging rods. One is for long items and 2 stacked for shorter tops and shirts. There are 4 drawers and shelves built into the unit. There are 1.5 bathrooms so the shower will be shared so it could be considered semi-private. The house has central AC/heat. Washing machine and dryer on premises. You need to supply your own HE detergent. There is no parking on-site but there is plenty of street parking in front of home. Home is about 15 minutes from South Pasadena, Alhambra, and downtown LA. Local to interstate 5, 10, 710, 110 and 101. Near Union Station.

I am slightly messy so a very neat person may not be 100% comfortable but the shared spaces are kept relativity tidy. I am quiet and keep to myself. If you like to throw parties or play loud music throughout the night, this would not be the place for you. Quiet time starts around 10:30 Sunday thru Thurs and Fridays and Saturdays at 2am at the latest. Absolutely NO smoking of ANY substance inside the home.

I do have a dog so you need to be comfortable with it. He is dog and cat friendly but he can be a little hyperactive. Also, l enjoy traveling anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks so there would be a discussion on tenant feeding him and letting him in/out while I am away.
